Kat's pronouns are she/her.

She grew up in a small town in northern Germany, then studied and worked in Hamburg. After a few years overseas, she settled in Te Whanganui-a-Tara and now lives in Wadestown.

Kat started her business in March 2021 when she officially launched her driving school named Kruse Control.​

Today, Kat has 15 years of experience when it comes to driving cars. But she's also got some experience with vans, motorbikes and trucks.

She is a registered driving instructor, with an I-Endorsement on her full NZ driver licence.
